Active8

As part of your full access membership, you will gain unlimited access to our Active8 Program.

The Active8 Program takes you through four induction stages that are tailored to address individual needs and ensure you are set up to achieve your fitness goals. This is done so by four stages over an 8 week period, with access to Body Composition Scans.

The Active8 program consists of the following stages:

  1. FOCUS – this is the program plan phase of the induction. Goal setting, pre-exercise screening and body composition.
  2. ACT – this is the program show A one on one walk through of your personalised program. Focus is on technique, cues and advice.
  3. REFINE - This is the program check Receive and provide feedback on your program and make adjustments where necessary.
  4. EVALUATE – This is the program review phase of the induction. Review the progress, re-evaluate goals and complete a follow up body composition analysis.
    After the initial four stages, you are encouraged to make a time to book into any stage in the cycle throughout your health club membership.
