Closed 16 Dec to 20 Dec, changes to classes
Please note that between Monday 16 to Friday 20 December, the Main Group Fitness Room at Sunshine Leisure Centre will undergo a much needed full carpet replacement and therefore be closed during this period.
Members will receive further information via email.
All Small Group Training and Aqua classes will still be running as per normal. The Gym will remain open as usual.
We have added additional Small Group HIIT Classes which will run downstairs for the week:
Monday 10.30am
Tuesday 7pm
Wednesday 9.30am
Thursday 6pm
Friday 6pm
