24 Hour Gym

Sunshine Leisure Centre gym and Group Fitness is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year! 

24 hour access gives our members the ability to eliminate the barrier of time and ensure that they have every opportunity to reach their health and fitness goals at Sunshine Leisure Centre. This modern 24 hour club boasts a large selection of gym equipment including Technogym and Life Fitness cardio and strength training machines, as well as Virtual Group Fitness class styles where functional training and innovation are the key. 

For your convenience and safety, please make yourself familiar with the location of our duress alarms, emergency exits and other 24 hour features.

Members are also advised to ensure that they review all 24-hour access terms and conditions included in their membership documentation. Failure to adhere to these safety instructions and conditions can result in the immediate cancellation of your membership and related access.

Tailgating Policy 

The Tailgating Policy prohibits members from allowing unauthorised access to patrons. This includes opening doors for others who dont scan a membership and allowing them to follow behind you.

We are actively monitoring access points through CCTV surveillance. Members caught tailgating will face a $250 fine and temporary account suspension until the fine is settled.
