Gym Closure for Equipment Upgrade

Following on from our recent announcement, the time has come to refresh our gym equipment!

We will be swapping out a large selection of gym equipment with upgraded models.

To allow removalists to safely remove our older equipment and install our newer, upgraded models, the gym floor and group fitness room will be temporarily closed.

📅 Closure Details

Commencing Thursday 20th August 6am through to Friday 21st August (including overnight 24 hour access)

Reopening: Friday 21 August from 5pm

ℹ️ What You Need to Know:

Removalists will be moving heavy gear in and out of the facility. For your safety, the gym floor and group fitness studio must remain completely closed during this period. All Sunshine Leisure Members are welcome to attend Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre during this closure period.

Other Facilities & Class Information:

• The pools will be available as usual during this closure.

• Group fitness classes will not be running. 

• Additional HIIT classes will be running downstairs in the Functional Training Studio as below:

  • Thursday 20/08 - 6.05am, 9.30am 10.30am, 6.00pm, 7.00pm

  • Friday 21/08 -  6.05am, 9.30am, 10.30am

  • These classes are available to book in via PGM

• The functional training studio will be available for member use outside of the above class times during the closure period.
