Provide excellent customer service as the main point of contact for face to face service, telephone enquiries and retail at the Golf Pro Shop, and ensure a positive experience for all members and guests to the Keilor Public Golf Course. Provide excellent customer service for the guest experience while at the range by assisting golfers by loading bags, cleaning and collecting clubs and balls; and preparing golfers for play ensuring all their needs are met and questions answered.
