Sunshine Leisure Centre
Sunshine Signage Replacement
A refresh and replacement of signage has commenced. You'll notice a refreshed entryway and conditions of use signage. Further signage and repairs of areas will be underway in the next couple of months.
Sunshine Leisure Outdoor Pool
The next stage of works to address the pool leaks has commenced late this month with significant rust issues(as pictured in the first photo) being treated, removed or replaced. This repair work will continue before they are able to commence the installation of the new pool liner and associated tiling.
Pad and Tampon Project
Installation of free pad and tampon machines have been completed.
Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre
Splash Park
Yearly maintenance for the Splash Park is underway and is expected to be completed by Monday 1 June where it will return to normal opening hours.
Steam Room Repairs
Electrical works to repair the generator in the steam room have been completed.
Pad and Tampon Project
Installation of free pad and tampon machines across the centre have been completed.
WWP and waterslide maintenance
There will be planned closures of these spaces to undertake caulking works over the next month. Details will be communicated accordingly.
New benches have been ordered for the Warm Water Pool space to replace the tired benches.
Painting
Some painting around the facility has been completed to freshen it up.
