Outdoor Pool Update

Update on the progress of the project

Thank you for your continued patience as we work to repair the outdoor pool. We know how much our community values this facility, and we want to provide an update on the progress of the project.

Council has appointed the contractor responsible for replacing the pool lining and works will commence in October including all the preparation work prior to the delivery of the new liner. We are excited that this work, including new edge tiles and wet deck, will provide an improved experience for members and guests and minimise our issues with water loss. The aim at this stage is to ensure work is completed in time for swimmers to enjoy a full Summer season in an improved outdoor pool. We will continue to provide updates as the project progresses.

In the meantime, Sunshine Leisure members are still welcome to use the 50m indoor pool at Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre. Our team is available to assist you in arranging access.
