Outdoor Pool Works Update

As we advised last week, we commenced the final stage of essential leak testing works of the outdoor pool at Sunshine Leisure Centre. The pool was closed from 4pm Tuesday, 19 August so the pool could be drained and thoroughly inspected for leaks.

This stage of the investigations found multiple visual leaks in the pool liner and associated infrastructure. The pool requires further pressure testing to the pipework under the structure which will continue this week.

We hope to commence re-filling the pool towards the end of this week however will continue to keep you updated as we receive further information.

During this time Sunshine Leisure members are welcome to use the 50m indoor pool at Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre as an alternative. To arrange this, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
