Council is seeking feedback and recommendations from local community members on the services available at Sunshine Leisure Centre.
The Sunshine Leisure Centre offers a range of high quality programs and services to the community and we want to hear from you about how we can continue to lead the industry.
All members that complete the survey will go in the running to win a 6 month membership to Sunshine Leisure Centre.
The below survey will help provide Council will valuable feedback on the accessibility and quality of current services as well as determining potential barriers to entry and ways to make these services more accessible to more people.
