Women's only fitness classes are back on! 

Sundays 3:45pm-5pm

Come along and enjoy a fun Women’s Only Fitness Class with us at Sunshine Leisure Centre hosted in partnership with IPC Health. These sessions provide a great opportunity to connect with other women and have fun in a safe, private space.
