BAWC crèche is licensed with the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development

Catering for children from 6 weeks to up to and including 9 years of age.  

Our team are qualified and experienced in child care and provide a welcoming environment for all the children.

The use of crèche is only available to those that are using the services within Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre. Parents/guardians MUST stay in the centre at all times while their child is in crèche.

Families are welcome to tour the crèche facilities - please see see the team at reception if you would like to arrange this.

COST

$5.60 per hour.   

Bookings are flexible to cater for your individual needs. You can book your child/children into crèche at any time, for as long as you like. Bookings can be made every 15mins on the hour, and can be made for minimum 30mins up to 3 hours per day. 

Children can be booked into the creche services for up to a maximum of 6 hours per week.

HOW TO ENROL

Forms are available online, or see reception for a printed copy. The enrolment form needs to be completed and returned to the crèche a minimum of 5 business days prior to your first booking, along with ALL the following paperwork:

• Completed enrolment form with all sections fully completed
• Copy of current Immunisation History Statement available from your MyGov account
• Copy of any Current Management Plan/s (if required)
• Printed copy of any Current Court Order (if required)

*crèche bookings will not be visible in your client portal until the enrolment documentation is completed, submitted and approved by the crèche team. This could take up to 5 business days from when you submit your enrolment forms.

HOW TO BOOK

All bookings for crèche are via the client portal. Once you have completed the enrolment paperwork and it is approved by the crèche team (this could take up to 5 business days) you will be able to view the crèche bookings.

Bookings can be made 7 days in advance

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that at times you or your child can be unwell or unable to attend the centre, therefore we allow free cancellations up to 1 hour before your booked time.

Cancelling a booking is as easy as log into your client portal and selecting CANCEL under your bookings. A pass will be added to your account for you to use next time you book a crèche session.

More details on how to book will be sent once the enrolment form is approved by the crèche team.

WHAT TO BRING

• Nappies, wipes, plastic bag for soiled nappies
• Snacks, water bottle and/or bottles & formula (nut free)
• Hat for outside
• Change of clothes
• Comfort toy
• Management plans (anaphylaxis, asthma etc.)

*please label all items with your child’s name

WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT

On your first visit you are welcome to stay in the crèche for as long as needed to settle your child into the new environment.
