Virtual Fitness
Les Mills Virtual Group Fitness classes are available for those looking for flexibility. Virtual classes are both scheduled and available on demand allowing you the flexibility to get your body moving when you want to. Virtual classes are always available outside of scheduled class times. Constantly updated, there are a variety of programs, intensities and lengths to choose from.
Virtual Group Fitness is offered in both the Main Group Studio and the Cycle studio.
