    Please be aware that the after-hours Women’s Only Swimming Sessions at Sunshine Leisure Centre have been temporarily paused following a safety incident that occurred at our last session. There will be no session from Sunday 20 September until further notice.

Leisure and Program Pool Closed for Maintenance

From Friday 25 September

Leisure and Program Pool Closed for Maintenance

From Friday 25 September, the Leisure & Program Pool at Sunshine Leisure Centre will be closed to undertake thorough cleaning and painting of the floor surfaces. This maintenance works requires the pool to be completely drained, the works to be undertaken and then the pool to be refilled and brought to temperate and regulations. We are hoping for the work to be completed, and the pool reopened by Monday 5 October. The Spa will remain open during this time.

We will continue to provide updates on the status of this works.

The good news is, there has been some great progress with the outdoor pool project and we are hopeful that we can reopen it early October. A full Outdoor Pool Update Video will be made available in the next couple of days.
