Western Bulldogs - Sons of The West Program

At Brimbank City Council, we’re committed to supporting initiatives that promote health and wellbeing for our community members. That’s why we’re excited to share the return of Sons of the West—a free health and wellbeing program for men aged 18 and over.


What is Sons of the West?
Delivered by the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation and Brimbank City Council this initiative blends fitness, education, and community connection to help men achieve their health goals. Whether you’re looking to start your fitness journey or take your health to the next level, this program has something for everyone.

Why Join?
• Free Access: The program is completely free for participants.
• Expert Advice: Learn from professionals in fitness, nutrition, and mental health and so much more.
• Inclusive for All Levels: Sessions are tailored to suit every fitness level, so everyone can participate.
• Build Connections: Engage with others in your local community in a supportive and encouraging environment.
• Active Living Made Easy: Participate in practical and enjoyable exercise sessions led by qualified instructors.

Running from: Wednesday, 19th March – Wednesday, 28th May (with a break for Easter on 23rd April)
