A no charge session on nutrition for Adult Learners Week this September.

Lets Talk Food

Come and learn about nutrition and healthy eating with Allied Health Professionals from HealthStin and qualified Nutritionists.

The session will cover balanced snacking, key nutrients, common nutrition myths, understanding food labels and a healthy recipe demonstration and tasting.
